What type of data do we collect from you?
The personal data that we may collect from you includes your name, address, email address, phone numbers and payment information. We may also keep details of your visits to our studio, on Facebook / Instagram (or similar social media platform)  including but not limited to communication on these platforms. We also retain records of your queries and correspondence, in the event you contact us. Your correspondence may contain additional information which is required to support the service including but not limited to Names, Birthdays,  Event dates, Event location, Time of events, Contact numbers (example weddings) and baby details :-  name, date, time and weight of / at birth. 
Please be aware that any digital video, photographic images, or other content posted, uploaded or otherwise made available has a Copyright and Licence of the photography / video taken or edited during the process of providing the services in Digital fillies with and without water-mark or printed form, all Copy Rights is received to Simon Payne Photography limited. 
Clients can purchase limited licences to uses digital photo files under licence to printout and use on social media platforms with a note and tag indicating photography by Simon Payne Photography Limited.  
All Copy Rights are reserved for the photography / video and they may be used from time to time in advertising and publications / promotions including Social Media platforms by Simon Payne Photography Limited.
How do we use your data?
Simon Payne Photography Limited use information about you in the following ways:

  • To comply with our contractual obligations we have with you;

Retention periods
We will keep your personal data for the duration of the period you are a customer of Simon Payne Photography Limited.
We shall retain your data only for as long as necessary in accordance with applicable laws.
On the completion of your account / contracted service, we may keep your data for up to 7 years. Including personal information after you have cancelled / completed  your services with us. We may not be able to delete your data before this time due to our legal and/or accountancy obligations. We assure you that your personal data shall only be used for these purposes stated herein.
This does not include all data, photographic digital files which may contain including but not limited to Names, Birthdays,  baby details :-  name, date, time and weight of / at birth will be kept as CopyRight product / probity of Simon Payne Photography Limited without time limit but not guaranteed to be kept, the Photographic Digital files may be deleted at anytime by Simon Payne Photography Limited without notification.

Where we have given you (or where you have chosen) a password which enables you to access certain Digital Photographic / video files, you are responsible for keeping the password confidential. We ask you not to share a password with anyone.
